• Goodwill Laundry Services is mission focused. The Laundry provides an environment for training and learning, while earning a paycheck, for individuals with a variety of barriers to employment.
  
  
• Goodwill Laundry Services is reliable. Goodwill’s customers depend on having clean linens delivered daily. Goodwill always meet the challenge. To this end, Goodwill has the equipment, staff and infrastructure to meet this requirement.
  
  
• Goodwill Laundry Services has worked with the U.S. Navy since 1974 under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day program, which sets aside certain federal contracts for companies that employ people with severe disabilities.
  
  
• Goodwill Laundry Services is well-staffed. The management team has extensive years of strong experience in a commercial laundry setting. In addition to shift managers and supervisors, Goodwill’s training program provides ready and regular access to new entry level labor, consistent with its mission.
  
  
• Goodwill Laundry Services benefits from its access to Goodwill transportation. Goodwill has a staff of well-insured, well-trained, completely licensed drivers familiar with pick-up and delivery requirements and routing.

• Goodwill Laundry Services is well-housed. The Laundry occupies the western end of the corporate headquarters of Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin at 6055 North 91st Street, Milwaukee. Today it occupies approximately 40,000 square feet.
  
  
• Goodwill Laundry Services equipment is well-maintained with an inventory of commonly used spare parts available on-site.
